Catholics are obliged to attend Holy Mass on the following holy days of obligation:
  • Thursday, January 1, 2026, Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God

  • Saturday, August 15, 2026, Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary 
    Since this Holy Day falls on a Saturday, the obligation is suspended.

  • Sunday, November 1, All Saints' Day

  • Tuesday, December 8, 2026, Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary
    Patronal Feast of the United States of America

  • Friday, December 25, 2026, Solemnity of the Nativity of Our Lord (Christmas)
